Hello, Welcome to American Marine Surveys. My name is Ralph Stanley.

I am a 2004 graduate of the Havorn Marine Survey School in Seattle, Washington. I have been a member of the American Boat & Yacht Council since 2004.

I specialize in fiberglass hulled trawlers, motor yachts and cruisers. Since I have chosen to specialize in fiberglass hulled power boats, I don't survey wood hulls or sailboats. I have extensive first hand knowledge of Taiwanese Trawlers, gained during the rebuilding of my 1978 CHB aft cabin trawler, the Monterey Jack.

Prior to Marine Surveying, I was a Police Officer and Police Detective with 20 years service in Central California. I can provide a resume and sample of one of my recent survey reports upon request.

Whether you need an insurance survey, pre-purchase survey or a survey for a bank loan, I can provide what you need at prices you can afford. At American Marine Surveys, my goal is to provide you with courteous, expedient, professional service of the highest caliber.

In addition to providing you with a printed copy of the survey report, I will email you the report in .pdf format so you can email it to anyone who has Adobe Reader. I also give you a CD or DVD with the 150 to 400 digital pictures I take as part of the survey.

Currently I charge $15.00 a foot for all power boats.
